Zumba – 60 Min

Zumba® class is a combination of dance and fitness moves done to a background of exhilarating, international rhythms. The Zumba® formula is 70% Latin music and 30% of anything else. A typical Zumba® class will feature merengue, salsa, cha-cha, hip-hop. The overall effect is that exercise feels more like a party than working out at the gym!

Back, Abs, Glutes (BAG) – 60 Min

If you want to tone and strengthen your core and lower body, then our all-levels back, abs, and glutes class is for you! This class will challenge you with a variety of exercises that target your back, abdominal, and glutes. You’ll feel the burn as you work on your stability, balance, and posture. You’ll also improve your flexibility and mobility with some stretching and relaxation techniques.

Beginner-Friendly Yoga – 60 Min

Whether you’ve never taken a yoga class before or you’ve been practicing for years, there is something for everyone in this gentle yoga class. Lots of modifications and alternatives will be offered throughout. Yoga is an excellent way to build strength, enhance flexibility, and practice mindfulness.

Yoga Flow – 60 Min

Sweat and stretch with Cristina in this hatha flow class. Yoga is an excellent way to build strength, enhance flexibility, and practice mindfulness. All levels of experience are welcome in this class!

Glute/Core Blast – 30 Min

This all-levels class focuses on the glute and core areas by using resistance bands, free weights, and HIIT. You will sculpt and tone your glutes, abs, and hips. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling strong and energized!

Ultimate Stretch – 30 Min

This 30 min full body stretch class is for anyone that would like to improve their flexibility, mobility and range of motion. Every muscle will be stretched from your head to your toes. This is the perfect class to do before or after your workout.

Cypher – 60 Min

This an upbeat, energetic movement class, that combines a world of music from fast pace Latin, to smooth R&B, to popular Hip Hop with current dance moves. Routines that incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Come dance with us and let yourself be free!

Frequently Asked Questions

I've never taken a class before, what should I expect?

Most of our members are beginners and all of our classes are completely beginner friendly! When you arrive, you will be welcomed in to a supportive group of people.

The exercises and dance moves are easy to pick up and you can go at a pace that is comfortable for you. You will leave our class feeling more energetic (and a little sweaty!) and won’t believe how fun “Working Out” can be!

What should I bring to class?

Yourself! Plus a water bottle and small towel. You may also bring your own yoga mat for our yoga class.

And feel free to bring a friend for extra fun!

What if I can't make it to the class I signed up for?

If you can’t make it to the class you signed up for, no worries! We just kindly ask that you would give us a call at (813) 579-3324 so we can update the schedule.

Can I Bring a Guest With Me?

Absolutely! The more the merrier! Their first class is also free of charge.
