Our B-FIT Fitness Bootcamp is a type of group exercise class that combines cardio, strength, and flexibility training in a high-intensity and dynamic format. You will perform a variety of exercises, such as jumping jacks, squats, pushups, planks, sprints, and more, in a circuit or interval style. You will also use different equipment, such as kettlebells, resistance bands, battle ropes, and slam balls, to add variety and challenge to your workouts.

All Classes are a Small Group Size which allow you to learn in a comfortable environment.

We are a team of certified and experienced fitness professionals who are passionate about helping you get fit and have fun. We offer General Fitness, a balanced and comprehensive workout that covers all the components of fitness.  And if Weight Loss is what you’re after, these programs  are designed to help you burn calories, boost your metabolism, and lose weight.

  • You get to experience a variety of exercises that target different muscle groups and keep your body guessing.

GUIDED INSTRUCTION

  • We will teach you how to do all the basic bootcamp exercises and you will progress at your own pace.
  • No prior experience necessary. The FitStart Level 1 Program is for everyone regardless of fitness level and experience.

This is the perfect level to start until you are comfortable.

BEGINNER FRIENDLY

Learn to master the workout patterns that create successful results and lead you into a better functioning body.

Enjoy our entry-level, Small Group Classes designed to teach you exercises and build up your strength, conditioning, and coordination.

Our Instructors will start with basic exercise moves as you see your strength and endurance immediately begin to increase.

LEVEL 2

Join for the HIIT – Get all the BURN

This is where you put what you learned into action and make your progress soar.

Want to take your gym experence to the next level? This is the most challenging level.

SILVER

AGE 50+

30 Minutes to Feeling Great

Have fun using a variety of equipment.

  • 30 Minute Session - Monday Through Thursday
  • Sessions Begin at 8:30 AM

Learn something new in this Guided Instruction Class. Progress at your own pace and leave feeling stronger & more energetic.

Exercise is incredibly beneficial for seniors and aging adults. It helps maintain blood sugar, blood pressure, and lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes, dyslipidemia, and high blood pressure.  It also improves your balance, preventing falls.
